"Following 12 years working for one of the UK's largest civil engineering contractors, working in the UK, Europe and West Africa, I established a commercial management and claims consultancy to help contractors navigate their way through an everchanging and contractually complex world. We have so far helped contractors in the UK, Ireland and Europe de-risk their projects and maximise the return on their investment. Through experience of establishing new entities which require bespoke processes to meet the environment, we offer commercial process solutions to growing business' to give them the tools to expand whilst maintaining compliance and best practise.

We particularly specialise in change and claims scenario's where projects are facing complex and/or numerous claims events, with experience of FIDIC, NEC and bespoke forms of contract"
